June 2010 Newsletter

Hello Everyone, it’s been a few months since my last newsletter. But I’m happy to be back with a few exciting updates.

On This Edition:

- New Song “Hope”
- Pie In The Sky remix results

HOPE released this week!
Taking a more Folk approach with this song

I began writting Hope last year and as much as I loved it from Day 1 I felt like something was missing. I was fortunate to meet the amazingly talented Lydia Ashton online a few months ago. She is a professional composer for Film and Television. I asked her if she would consider working with me on a track, and she said yes She added a string quartet to the song. Tears filled my eyes the first time I heard them. I’m so happy with the result and ecstatic to finally be able to share it with you all. “Hope” is now available for download exclusively via my music page @ music.pedrocosta.com

Pie In The Sky remix contest
The fan voting was fierce with a total 396 votes

The Pie In The Sky remix contest was a huge success. It atracted some outstanding remixers and DJs, and the results showed. Fans got to vote on an online Poll for their favourite. In the end, 5 Remixes were chosen with the top prize going to, french DJ and Producer, Damian William. Congratulations to all the participants!!!

Damian WIlliam’s remix is now available for download exclusively from pedrocosta.com. Stay tuned for more information on remix availability. I will be uploading more of the runner up tracks shortly.
